New federal guidelines have been released that allow greater flexibility for changes in the USG healthcare and FSA plans through Dec. 31. Employees may make changes to their healthcare plan enrollment (including adding or dropping coverage for the employee or their dependents or change plans without a qualifying life event). USG will continue to cover telehealth visits, including those unrelated to COVID-19 at 100 percent with no out-of-pocket costs for USG healthcare plans through September 30.
