Free Self-administered Tests
COVID-19 PCR test kits are available to Georgia State students, faculty and staff through the Student Health Clinics. Individuals may pick up a test kit at the Atlanta and Perimeter campus locations listed below, complete the instructions and return the test to the clinic location. Test results are returned within 24 to 72 hours.

Georgia State students, faculty and staff can also get COVID-19 tests at off-campus sites that are open to the public. Individuals with private insurance, Medicare or Medicaid may also obtain free at-home tests from a local pharmacy either at no upfront cost or through reimbursement by their health plan. Uninsured individuals can use https://findahealthcenter.hrsa.gov/ to find free testing near them.
