E-GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
How This Works
Swipe your PantherCard at a Georgia State COVID-19 vaccination site to register to receive a $50 e-gift card. You must swipe your PantherCard prior to exiting the COVID-19 vaccination site. Once you exit the COVID-19 vaccination site, you will not be permitted to re-enter the site to register.
Registration is only permitted at the time of your COVID-19 vaccination visit. By registering to receive the $50 e-gift card, you agree that your CampusID can be used by Georgia State accounting services to send a link to your Georgia State email account that can be used to redeem your $50 e-gift card. The link will be sent to your Georgia State email account from no-reply@giftogram.com within 48 hours of your COVID-19 vaccination. Giftogram codes expire 12 months from the date of your COVID-19 vaccination unless otherwise noted.

Terms & Conditions
Only enrolled students or full-time, temporary and part-time employed faculty and staff are eligible to receive the $50 e-gift card. Each student and employee may receive one $50 e-gift card for each shot received at a Georgia State COVID-19 vaccination site between Aug. 23 and May 17, 2022. COVID-19 vaccinations received prior to Aug. 23 are not eligible for a $50 e-gift card. $50 e-gift cards received by Georgia State employees will be included on the employee’s W-2 as compensation.
Georgia State will not be offering $50 e-gift cards to faculty, staff and students who receive COVID-19 vaccination shots from an off-campus (non-Georgia State) site.
This program is used as a risk mitigation strategy to improve public health and to prevent greater institutional public health risks and expenses that would occur because of a COVID-19 breakout. It is being offered based on guidance from the U.S. Department of Education and the University System of Georgia.
